Hey Foodies/food lovers , it’s been fast, furious and freaking delicious but yesterday was the end of the GTBank Food and Drink Festival. Since I missed Day 2 because I have school 🤷🏽♀️ and later I was much convinced to go for the last day and when I got there under the hot blazing sun, two questions:
Juanita who sent you to wear long sleeve😩??
Ekó (Lagos) are we not tired😩??

This festival was insanely crowded and full of people. On Day 3 the young ones came to chow/enjoy/play😖,but overall, definitely worth going to, especially cause I had the right set of people around me the two days I went. I decided to take my time out on this last day and try different things also local dishes and stayed later to see how the “night rave”🌚 was over there, which was pretty wild, and that was the time the DJ (btw shout out to DJ Uche from day 1) decided to drop major throwbacks(such as mo hits) and of course some shaku shaku jams😂😂😩🤷🏽♀️.

So I realized when I got there, there is actually a map, a big huge one, in banner form on the wall when you enter but if you read my last post, I wished they had them in pamphlets or flyer form that you just look at rather than going all the way back to the entrance to check the map again In case you missed your way or wanted to find another stall “some Gulder Ultimate search things”😩
Yes I forgot to talk about the pricing well some of the stalls/booths really tried to slash off their prices, I mean, the price they sold the food or drinks outside, in their restaurants they took like N1000 off them which was impressive and very encouraging to buy from, while some stalls came there with their high prices and you know the saying “God helps those who help themselves” most likely didn’t sell out. Then I asked myself the third question:
is it your money? 😒🤷🏽♀️.

Back to drinking water💧and minding my business I loved many foods and drinks💕but one I kept going back for were the drinks/mocktails.
Location: SugarLand booth 🙌🏽
They were cheap and most importantly very refreshing😩except the first time I bought the aunty that served me packed ice, well drank the water to redeem myself from the heat of Glover Court soya (which was also another hit⚠️) (Mood at that moment: must reap the fruit of my labour🤷🏽♀️ (my money)
What was your highlight of the festival?
pCurrently asking myself why I must have a degree🤷🏽♀️(back to school😒) and if you're taking time to read this take all the accolades🙌🏽
Laters baby🤗💓
